AL Pine Utility Services Sdn. Bhd. conducted a flood assessment initiative in the Skudai and Kempas zones to help identify the root causes of recurring flooding affecting local residents.

Working alongside YB Marina and YB Datuk Haji Ramlee Bohani, the team carried out on-site observations, discussions, and assessments of existing drainage and sewer infrastructure. Drone and CCTV inspection technologies were used to examine confined, inaccessible, and hard-to-reach areas that could not be safely assessed through conventional methods.

These inspections provided a clearer view of underground drainage systems, culverts, pipelines, and other critical infrastructure. The findings helped identify potential blockages, structural defects, and other factors that may contribute to flooding.

By applying advanced inspection technology and working closely with local representatives, AL Pine aims to support more accurate assessments and practical solutions that improve flood resilience for the Skudai and Kempas communities.
